  • You are responsible for your device, network, and account security.
  • iOS availability may vary by App Store region and release status.

2. Service Scope

  • No infringement of third-party intellectual property or academic integrity rules.

4. User Content

You may provide prompts, notes, and other inputs (“User Content”). You retain rights to your User Content. You grant Readi.AI a limited license to process User Content to operate and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and site materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, no rights are granted to reproduce or distribute Service components.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (for example, App Store, analytics, or infrastructure providers). Readi.AI is not responsible for third-party terms or content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or the correctness of every generated output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readi.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination
